Nickel Sputtering Target and Its Preparation Method
Our advanced process begins with providing high-quality nickel ingots. These ingots undergo hot forging to form a preliminary nickel target blank. This blank is then subjected to a first heat treatment at 450ºC to 550ºC for 1 to 2 hours to form a secondary target blank. After this, hot rolling is employed to shape a third nickel target blank, which then undergoes a second heat treatment at 300ºC to 500ºC for 1 to 2 hours. The fourth nickel target blank, created from this process, is cold rolled to form a fifth blank, which undergoes a third heat treatment at 200ºC to 300ºC for 1 to 2 hours. This precise sequence ensures a nickel target with a uniform internal structure and superior magnetic properties.
