Nickel Sputtering Target and Its Advanced Preparation Method
Preparation Steps: Start with nickel ingots. Perform hot forging on nickel ingots to form the initial nickel target blank. Conduct the first heat treatment at 450ºC~550ºC for 1 to 2 hours to achieve the second nickel target blank. Post first heat treatment, proceed with hot rolling to obtain the third nickel target blank. Apply the second heat treatment at 300ºC~500ºC for 1 to 2 hours to form the fourth nickel target blank. Following this, conduct cold rolling to create the fifth nickel target blank. Implement the final, third heat treatment at 200ºC~300ºC for 1 to 2 hours to produce the completed nickel target. This meticulous process yields a nickel target with a uniform internal structure and excellent magnetic properties.
