The copper is meticulously purified from a base purity of 99.95% to exceptional levels of 99.99%, 99.999%, and an industry-leading 99.9999% (6N). This process involves multiple stages of electrolysis and regional smelting, achieving the highest purity standards in China at 99.9999%. Using high-purity copper ingots, the material undergoes forging, rolling, and heat treatment to refine crystal grains and enhance density, meeting rigorous copper target specifications for sputtering applications. Post-deformation, the high-purity copper is precisely machined to meet exacting dimensions and surface quality criteria required by vacuum coating machines.
