Align and join the target's bonding surface with that of the back plate, and proceed with welding to form a unified target component. Once welded, cool the target component. This innovative welding method ensures that the molybdenum or molybdenum alloy target and the back plate, particularly copper ones, combine with enhanced strength to adequately fulfill the rigorous demands of the sputtering process. Even for larger target areas, this technique effectively prevents significant deformation or warping, ensuring precision and durability.
