Aluminum is a lustrous, silvery-white light metal known for its exceptional malleability. Boasting a relative density of 2.70, a melting point of 660°C, and a boiling point of 2327°C, aluminum is celebrated for its lightweight nature, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high reflectivity, and superior oxidation resistance.

This high-purity aluminum undergoes forging, rolling, and heat treatment to enhance grain refinement and density, meeting the stringent demands of sputtering. Subsequently, the deformed aluminum is precisely machined, ensuring the aluminum targets meet exacting size and surface quality requirements for vacuum coating machines.
