Aluminum is a lustrous, silvery-white light metal known for its exceptional malleability. This high-purity aluminum undergoes forging, rolling, and heat treatment to enhance grain refinement and density, meeting the stringent demands of sputtering. Subsequently, the deformed aluminum is precisely machined, ensuring the aluminum targets meet exacting size and surface quality requirements for vacuum coating machines.
