Our TiN powder showcases a range of colors: from yellowish-brown to black in its ultrafine form, and golden yellow in crystal form. With a melting point of 2950°C, a density of 5.43-5.44g/cm³, and a Mohs hardness of 8-9, TiN displays exceptional thermal shock resistance. Its melting point surpasses most transition metal nitrides, while its lower density compared to other metal nitrides makes it a standout heat-resistant material.
