Description:
TiN powder typically appears yellowish-brown, while ultrafine TiN powder is black, and TiN crystals are golden yellow. With an impressive melting point of 2950°C and a density of 5.43-5.44g/cm³, it boasts a Mohs hardness of 8-9 and exceptional thermal shock resistance. The melting point of TiN exceeds that of most transition metal nitrides, yet its density is considerably lower than most metal nitrides, making it a highly unique heat-resistant material.
