Description:
TiN powder presents in different forms: it is generally yellowish-brown, while ultrafine TiN powder appears black, and TiN crystals exhibit a stunning golden yellow hue. Boasting a high melting point of 2950°C, a density of 5.43-5.44g/cm3, and a Mohs hardness of 8-9, TiN demonstrates exceptional thermal shock resistance. Notably, TiN's melting point surpasses that of most other transition metal nitrides, and its density is relatively lower compared to most metal nitrides, making it a distinctive heat-resistant material.
