Nickel Sputtering Target and Its Preparation Method
The preparation of nickel sputtering targets involves several meticulously controlled steps. Initially, nickel ingots undergo hot forging to form the first nickel target blank. This is followed by a first heat treatment at 450ºC~550ºC for 1 to 2 hours, transforming it into the second nickel target blank. Subsequent hot rolling refines it into the third nickel target blank, which is then subjected to a second heat treatment at 300ºC~500ºC for another 1 to 2 hours, resulting in the fourth nickel target blank. Cold rolling then shapes it into the fifth nickel target blank. A final heat treatment at 200ºC~300ºC for 1 to 2 hours ensures the nickel target's internal structure is uniform and its magnetic properties are optimized.
