Aluminum is a silvery white, light metal known for its malleability. Soluble in dilute sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric acids, and alkaline solutions like sodium and potassium hydroxide, but insoluble in water. It has a relative density of 2.70, a melting point of 660°C, and a boiling point of 2327°C. Renowned for its lightweight, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high reflectivity, and oxidation resistance, it finds widespread use across industries.

Using high-purity aluminum ingots as the foundation, these raw materials undergo forging, rolling, and heat treatment to refine the grain size and enhance the density, meeting the stringent requirements for aluminum sputtering targets. The deformation-processed high-purity aluminum is then precision-machined to achieve the exact target dimensions required by vacuum coating machines, ensuring high precision and superior surface quality.
