The load-load softening point of binder-free, reactive sintered silicon nitride surpasses a remarkable 1800°C, showcasing its durability and endurance. With a hexagonal crystal system, its crystal structure takes on a hexahedral form. The density of Si3N4 achieved through reaction sintering method ranges from 1.8 to 2.7g/cm3, while the hot pressing method yields a density between 3.12 and 3.22g/cm3, highlighting its versatile production capabilities.
