Nickel Sputtering Target and Its Preparation Method
Preparation Method: We provide top-quality nickel ingots that undergo hot forging to create the initial nickel target blank. This blank is subjected to a first heat treatment at 450ºC~550ºC for 1 to 2 hours, transforming it into a second nickel target blank. Following this, the second blank is hot rolled into a third nickel target blank, which then undergoes a second heat treatment at 300ºC~500ºC for 1 to 2 hours. After this, the fourth blank is produced through cold rolling. Finally, a third heat treatment at 200ºC~300ºC for 1 to 2 hours is conducted to form the final nickel target. This rigorous process ensures a uniform internal structure and excellent magnetic properties.
