Description:
Our top-tier ferronickel composition predominantly includes nickel and iron, along with trace elements like Cr, Si, S, P, and C. Nickel is fully soluble in γ-iron, and partially in α-iron (10%). Complying with international ISO standards, ferronickel is classified into FeNi20 (Ni 15%~25%), FeNi30 (Ni 25%~35%), FeNi40 (Ni 35%~45%), and FeNi50 (Ni 45%~60%). Additionally, it is categorized based on carbon content into high carbon (C 1.0%~2.5%), medium carbon (C 0.030%~1.0%), and low carbon (C <0.030%).<0.03%); low phosphorus (P <0.02%) and high phosphorus (P <0.030 %)Ferronickel.

Nickel-Iron (NiFe) boasts a melting point of 1430-1480 degrees Celsius and a density range of 8.1-8.7g/cm3. Known for its low-frequency soft magnetic properties, NiFe has low coercivity and high magnetic permeability in weak magnetic fields. Initially employed in telephone communications, the alloy's properties have been enhanced through advanced heat treatment and vacuum melting techniques.
Containing 78% nickel, our NiFe alloy offers a permeability 10-20 times greater than silicon steel in weak magnetic fields. It finds extensive applications in sensitive relays, magnetic shielding, telephone and radio transformers, precise AC and DC instruments, and current transformers. By incorporating elements like molybdenum, manganese, cobalt, copper, and chromium, we achieve ternary or quaternary alloys with superior initial and maximum magnetic permeability.
