Nickel Sputtering Target & Its Preparation Method
Preparation Method: Provide nickel ingots. Conduct hot forging on nickel ingots to create the first nickel target blank. Perform the first heat treatment of the first nickel target blank at 450ºC~550ºC for 1 to 2 hours, forming a second nickel target blank. Post-heat treatment, hot roll the second nickel target blank to create a third nickel target blank. Perform a second heat treatment at 300ºC~500ºC for 1 to 2 hours, forming a fourth nickel target blank. Cold roll the fourth nickel target blank to create a fifth nickel target blank. Conduct the third heat treatment at 200ºC~300ºC for 1 to 2 hours, producing the final nickel target. This method ensures the nickel target has a uniform internal structure and excellent magnetic properties.
