Applications:
1. Maintain and enhance the surface attributes of materials, including hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance;
2. Ideal for the development of new materials or enhancement of existing ones, such as solar cells, LEDs, and flat panel displays;
3. Essential for the production of electronic components like transistors and integrated circuits;

Titanium-aluminum alloys are extensively utilized in the vacuum coating industry. These alloys can be formulated into specific alloy targets and serve as raw materials for magnetron sputtering coating. Various composition ratios of titanium-aluminum atomic ratios (at%) are employed, including 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 50:50, 30:70, 20:80, and 10:90. When the titanium atomic content is 50% or higher, vacuum casting is used for production. As the aluminum content increases, powder metallurgy is applied to meet target material specifications. Titanium-aluminum alloys with 80% or more titanium atoms are also suitable for forging and rolling processes.
