Description:
Aluminum scandium alloy is a kind of high performance aluminum alloy, the addition of scandium in aluminum alloy, can promote grain refinement, improve the recrystallization temperature of 250ºC ~ 280ºC, and is a strong grain refiner and strong recrystallization inhibitor, Aluminum scandium alloy has obvious influence on the alloy structure and performance, its strength, hardness, weldability and corrosion resistance greatly improved. Scandium has a good dispersion strengthening effect on aluminum. It is a stable non-recrystallization structure during hot working or annealing state. Some alloys are cold rolled plates, which have large deformation and retain this structure even after annealing.
The aluminum scandium alloy target produced by Xinkang has the characteristics of high purity, high density, uniform internal structure and small grain size.
