Unbound phase pure WC targets are suitable for the preparation of high-quality and high-purity DLC (diamond-like carbon) coatings, and are widely used in automotive engine parts, cutting tools, surface decoration and other fields. As a doped metal or transition layer material for depositing DLC coatings, the use of WC targets plays a key role in reducing the friction coefficient of DLC coatings, improving the internal stress of coatings, and increasing the bonding strength of coatings, effectively improving the performance and application range of DLC coatings.

Hot pressing and sintering process: raw materials → pretreatment → mold loading → hot pressing and sintering → machining → (binding) → inspection/defect detection → cleaning and packaging → transportation

We can provide various rectangular and round pure WC targets manufactured by hot pressing and sintering process. Advanced manufacturing technology and stable raw materials ensure that the products have fine and uniform grain size, density close to theoretical density (≥15.5g/cm3), and good thermal shock resistance and fracture toughness.
