Application:
1. Enhance and refine the surface properties of materials, including increased hardness, superior wear resistance, and outstanding corrosion resistance;

Titanium-aluminum alloy holds a prominent position in the vacuum coating industry. These alloys can be crafted into specific proportion alloy targets, serving as essential raw materials for magnetron sputtering coating. Various titanium-aluminum atomic ratios (at%) are utilized, including 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, 50:50, 30:70, 20:80, and 10:90. For alloys where the titanium atomic content is 50% or more, vacuum casting is the preferred production method. Conversely, when the titanium content decreases and aluminum content rises, powder metallurgy is employed to meet the target material requirements. Alloys with titanium atomic content of 80% or more can also undergo forging and rolling processes.
