Nickel Sputtering Target and Its Preparation Method
Preparation Method: Start with nickel ingots and proceed with hot forging to form the initial nickel target blank. Carry out the first heat treatment at 450ºC to 550ºC for 1 to 2 hours, transforming it into a second nickel target blank. Follow with hot rolling and a second heat treatment at 300ºC to 500ºC for 1 to 2 hours, resulting in a third nickel target blank. Cold roll this blank to form the fifth nickel target blank and apply a third heat treatment at 200ºC to 300ºC for 1 to 2 hours. The end product is a nickel target with an impressively uniform internal structure and outstanding magnetic properties.
