Nickel Sputtering Target and Its Preparation Method
The preparation of our nickel sputtering target begins with providing premium nickel ingots. These ingots undergo hot forging, creating the first nickel target blank. The first heat treatment (450ºC~550ºC, for 1-2 hours) results in a second nickel target blank. Subsequent hot rolling transforms this into a third nickel target blank, followed by a second heat treatment (300ºC~500ºC, for 1-2 hours) to form the fourth nickel target blank. Cold rolling then shapes the fifth nickel target blank, which undergoes a third heat treatment (200ºC~300ºC, for 1-2 hours) to achieve the final nickel target. This rigorous process ensures a uniform internal structure with excellent magnetic properties.
