Copper Sputtering Target and Preparation Method
The copper is meticulously purified from 99.95% to 99.99%, 99.999%, and up to an exceptional 99.9999% (6N) purity through multiple electrolysis and regional smelting processes. Achieving the highest purity standards in China, this 6N purity copper uses high-purity copper ingots as raw materials. Through forging, rolling, and heat treatment, the crystal grains in the copper ingots are refined and density is increased to meet stringent requirements for copper sputtering targets. Post-deformation, the high-purity copper undergoes precision mechanical processing to meet the high precision and surface quality demanded by vacuum coating machines.
