Starting with high-purity aluminum ingots, the material undergoes forging, rolling, and heat treatment to refine the grain size and increase density, meeting the stringent requirements of aluminum targets for sputtering. Post deformation, this high-purity aluminum is machined with high precision and superior surface quality, tailored to the target size specifications of the vacuum coating machine.
