Product Description:
Titanium nitride (TiN) is a new type of multifunctional cermet material. It has high melting point, high hardness, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and low friction coefficient. It is a good conductor of heat and electricity. The titanium nitride ceramic powder produced by Yinuo material has high purity, narrow particle size distribution, good high temperature strength, high fracture strength, good chemical corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, low density and high hardness.
The main uses of titanium nitride powder:
1) Used in the manufacture of cemented carbide, cutting tools, molds, smelting metal crucibles, etc. for wear resistance and high temperature resistance;
2) It is used as a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of the material, such as depositing TiN coating on the cutting tool, which can greatly improve the wear resistance of the tool and prolong the service life of the cutting tool;
3) As a ceramic material, it is used to produce titanium nitride ceramic products, titanium nitride targets, etc.;
4) As a high temperature lubricant, it has a low coefficient of friction and can be used as bearings and sealing rings;
5) As a conductive material for electrodes, electrical joints, thin film resistors, etc. of molten salt electrolysis, it has good electrical conductivity;
6) As an imitation gold material, it is used in jewelry industry and decoration industry, which is both beautiful and anti-corrosion, and prolongs the life of handicrafts.
